The Brewster Dairy Pilot Plant is 3,000 square foot facility,

located in Parker, Food Science and Technology Building

 and is equipped to process dairy products including

 fluid milk, ice creams, cheeses, fermented dairy products.


Students and Faculty, as well as Industry, use this facility

 on a shared basis.
