Dr. Ken Lee, Professor and Director, Ohio State Food Safety Center

Ken Lee is the director of a major food safety program at the nation's largest land grant university.  This program specializes in innovative ways to make food safe and improve the human condition by way of food.  He is a collaborator on a Targeted Investment in Excellence in Public Health Preparedness, that raises the stature of Ohio State.

  Dr. Lee was a member of the faculty of the University of Wisconsin Food Science Department for ten years from 1980 to 90. His Ph.D. degree is from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His B.S. degree was earned at Rutgers University, Cook College, Food Science Department.
